Cardiac Asthma

Cardiac asthma is not actually a type of asthma in its true sense; it is actually a wheezing due to abnormal collection of blood which causes heart failure. Cardiac asthma is just a clinical condition which is caused by the severe reflexive blocking or by edema of lungs. Due to the sudden blocking of pulmonary circulation, asthmatic type breathing is caused. This type of asthma is actually similar to lung asthma, where the patients with heart failure or the heart that do not open properly will experience the shortness of breath, coughing, wheezing which are the symptoms of asthma. Cardiac asthma is generally due to the major mechanical fault of the heart which may threaten life if not checked at right time. This causes a reduced pumping efficiency of the hearts which leads to the buildup of a fluid in the lungs which causes air passages to narrow up and alternatively causes wheezing and other related symptoms. The symptoms of Cardiac asthma usually occur during exercise or at night after going bed and the symptoms like breathe shortness, wheezing, coughing occur due to the excessive fluid in lungs associated with the heart failure. It is an intrinsic asthma that and a question occur that, is there a cure for asthma.
